Community Financial's online banking service, eBanking, is here to make your banking easier! Save time with the convenience of banking from your home or office.
Check out this overview of all the benefits of eBanking!
You only need to register once in eBanking or the mobile app to establish your digital banking credentials. You will use personal info on file with the credit union. If you need assistance please call our Member Contact Center at (877) 937-2328.
Each joint account owner will have their own unique login/password. After completing registration, members will see their full account relationship listed, including: joint, family, and other accounts they are on.
Please note: ePay requires a separate setup process within eBanking. Click on the ePay Tab in eBanking and follow the steps to completing enrollment. Once complete, you can add individual or bill payees, set bill payment alerts, and schedule payments.
Community Financial’s ePay service makes it easy to pay all your bills online from your Community Financial checking account. Enroll by clicking on the ePay Tab in eBanking and establish your new ePay security settings.
Personalize your payees to include businesses, individuals, and financial institutions
Make person-to-person payments via email
View bills that are both pending & paid on your personal payment calendar
Set one-time or re-occurring payments
Receive email alerts when a payment is due or deducted from your checking account.
Once ePay is established, you can call our Member Contact Center at (877) 937-2328 or the ePay support line at (855) 397-4254 with any questions on your transactions.
Find the eStatements & eNotices tab in eBanking or the mobile app to get started. Instead of receiving your statements in the mail every month, you’ll get an email stating that your statements and loan notices are ready for viewing online at your convenience.
When you enroll in eStatements, you will also receive account information electronically by eNotices. The next time you are in the branch tell the representative you’d like eReceipts too. Community Financial will send you an email when new statements, notices or receipts are available for viewing. Going paperless at Community Financial is easy and great way to go green.
External Transfers allow you to send money in eBanking between your Community Financial checking account and accounts at ANY other financial institution. Once established in eBanking, you can set up one time or recurring transfers.
Put account information at your fingertips with Community Financial Alerts. You can find the "Manage Alerts" section under "Messages and Alerts" in eBanking. Receive alerts for things like:
Your account balances falling below a certain amount
Your direct deposit has been sent to your account
Your certificate is about to mature
Your loan payment is due
And more!
